License
Tourision grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license permitting you to use the Application on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for your own internal business needs. The Application is not sold to you; it is licensed.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Application
- Attempt to access the source code of the Application or reverse engineer it (except where expressly permitted by the applicable legislation)
- Use the Application for an unlawful purpose or in a manner contrary to this EULA and the Terms of Use
Account and Data
Use of the Application requires a Tourision account. The processing of data is subject to the Privacy Agreement above. You may permanently delete your account from within the Application (Settings → Profile → Delete Account).
Updates
Tourision may release updates for the Application. It is recommended that you use the current version so that the Application operates securely and correctly.
Termination
This EULA remains in force for as long as you use the Application. In the event of a breach of its terms, your license terminates automatically. You may terminate the license at any time by deleting the Application from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is”; no express or implied warranties are given, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable legislation, Tourision’s total liability arising from this EULA is subject to the limitations set out in the Terms of Use.
Provisions Relating to the App Store
Relationship with Apple
This EULA is concluded between you and Tourision, not with Apple; Tourision, not Apple, is responsible for the Application and its content.
Maintenance and Support
Apple has no maintenance or support obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.
Warranty Coverage
In the event that the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, Apple’s sole obligation is limited to refunding the purchase price paid, if any.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
Third-Party Agreements
When using the Application, you agree to comply with the relevant third-party agreements, including the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
