Privacy Agreement

Tourision (“we”) is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses to create, publish and manage 360° virtual tours. This Privacy Agreement explains which data we process, why we process it, and your rights when you use our website (tourision.com, app.tourision.com), our mobile application and our services (collectively, the “Service”).

Our core principle is simple: We collect only the minimum data required to provide the Service. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising purposes and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data We Collect

Account Information

During registration, your e-mail address and your password (stored only in irreversibly encrypted/hashed form) are kept. If you wish, you may add brand information such as your company name, telephone number and logo.

Content You Upload

The 360° photos, images and logos you upload to create your virtual tours are stored on our servers. You are the owner of this content; we host it solely to provide the Service.

Payment Information

For paid subscriptions, payments are collected through the Stripe infrastructure. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers; payment transactions are carried out through Stripe’s secure systems.

Tour Visitor Statistics

Aggregate (anonymous) statistics are kept, such as how many times your published tours have been viewed. This data is reported to the business that owns the tour; no profiling aimed at identifying visitors is carried out.

Lead Forms

The business that owns a tour may enable an optional contact form in its tour. If a visitor fills in this form, the information entered (e.g. e-mail) is processed solely in order to be forwarded to the relevant tour owner. The data controller for this data is the business that owns the tour; Tourision acts as a data processor.

Technical Records

For the security and stability of the Service, standard server logs (IP address, date/time, request information) are kept for a limited period. The registration IP may be stored in order to prevent abuse during registration.

About the Mobile Application

The Tourision mobile application is an in-app view of the web platform and does not collect any additional data beyond what is collected on the web. The application contains no advertising, hosts no third-party tracking SDKs and does not access the data on your device.

Camera and photo access is used only with your permission, when you wish to take or upload 360° photos. If these permissions are not granted, the other features of the application continue to work.

Purposes of Data Use

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account
• Hosting and publishing your virtual tours
• Reporting viewing statistics
• Carrying out subscription and billing operations
• Managing security and debugging processes
• Ensuring the prevention of abuse
• Fulfilling our legal obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data.

Data may be shared only in the following cases:

Infrastructure Providers

Data may be shared with the service providers we work with for hosting, database and content delivery, only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.

Payment Provider

Payment transactions are carried out through Stripe.

Legal Obligations

Data may be shared in line with duly made requests of the competent authorities, as required by the applicable legislation.

Data Security

Data is encrypted with TLS/SSL during transmission.

Passwords are stored hashed in an irreversible manner.

Database and file storage systems are kept on managed infrastructures with restricted access and are backed up regularly.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

You may delete your account at any time from within the application:

Settings → Profile → Delete Account

When the account is deleted;

• Your account information
• All your virtual tours
• Your scene data
• Your statistics
• All your associated content

are permanently deleted.

Any active subscription you may have is also cancelled.

This action cannot be undone.

You may also submit a deletion request by sending an e-mail to info@tourision.com.

Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law) and the other legislation applicable to you, you have the following rights:

• To access your data
• To rectify your data
• To request the deletion of your data
• To object to its processing
• To request data portability

Applications will be answered within the periods prescribed by the legislation.

Cookies

The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies and session tokens, solely for session management purposes.

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Children’s Privacy

Tourision is a service aimed at businesses.

It is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

Material changes to be made to this agreement will be published on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes means that you accept the current version of the agreement.
