Tourision is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses and professionals to create, manage, and publish 360° virtual tours. From real estate agencies to hotels, from showrooms to corporate facilities, it allows spaces in many different industries to be experienced digitally.
To sign up for Tourision, click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage. After entering your first name, last name, email address, and password, your account is created. Once you verify your account, you can start using the platform.
You can create your first virtual tour using the “Create New Project” option in the dashboard. After uploading your 360° photos, you can link scenes together, add hotspots, and publish your tour.
Through the admin panel, you can view your projects, create new virtual tours, manage media content, and adjust publishing settings. You can quickly access all tools from the left-hand menu.
Whenever you need help with anything, you can use the form on the Contact page or send an email to our support team. Your support requests are reviewed and answered as soon as possible.
From the My Account section, you can update your first name, last name, email address, and other profile details. Changes take effect on your account immediately after being saved.
In the Profile Settings section, you can set a new password by entering your current one. For your security, we recommend using strong passwords that are hard to guess.

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. After entering your registered email address, you can create a new password via the link sent to you.
After completing your virtual tour, click the “Publish” option to generate your sharing link. You can add your published tours to your website, share them with your customers, or make them accessible via a QR code.
After creating a new project, go to the “Upload Media” area to upload your 360° photos to the system. Tourision supports standard 360° images in equirectangular format. Once uploaded, the photos are automatically created as scenes.
Each 360° photo you upload automatically becomes a scene. From the scene settings section, you can name it, arrange its order, and set it as the starting scene.
Using the hotspot tool, you can let users move from one scene to another. Thanks to transition points, visitors can navigate the space in a natural way.
From the “Starting Scene” option in the project settings, you can choose the first scene displayed when the tour opens. This scene will be the first area visitors encounter.
On the scene management screen, you can change the order of scenes using drag and drop. This lets you manage your project more neatly and easily find the scene you need.
After uploading your floor plan or sketch image, you can mark the scenes on the plan. This way, visitors can see the overall layout of the space and quickly jump to the section they want.
In projects with a floor plan, you can enable the mini map feature so visitors can see their current location. This feature makes navigation easier, especially in large spaces.
Within Tourision, you can create automatic transition scenarios between specific scenes. This way, visitors can watch your virtual tour in the order you define without taking any action.
We recommend using high-quality yet optimized 360° images. Instead of uploading unnecessarily large files, choose images optimized for the web to achieve faster loading times.
